You want to exchange or return your item(s) because: It's not your size; It didn't meet your expectations; It's defective; Or another reason...
Follow these steps:
Items must be in their original condition, must not look used and must still contain all labels. We do not return items that have signs of use, do not have a label, or without the presentation of the invoice.
Put both the items and the invoice inside the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging or if it is damaged, you may use different packaging. However, we are not liable for any damage during transport.
- Enter your customer account, go to orders then details and there you have the option to return or exchange.
- If you want an exchange, please describe in the field which size you want or the size you want.
-Send us an e-mail to lombardia@lmb.pt to request a return.
- We do not make returns of orders with more than 15 working days from the date of invoice.
- If you decide to send an item back to us, either for exchange or return, without going through the normal return process, you will be 100% responsible for all costs and possible damage or loss.
- You don't need to return products offered by us !
- The exchange process can take between 3-7 working days and the refund process up to 20 working days (in the months of November, December, January, July and August, these times may change up to 30 working days for exchanges and 40 working days for refunds).
We seek to offer individualized and easy service if you need to make an exchange or return. For everything to run smoothly, pay attention to the rules below:
1. The consumer must express their intention to exchange/return within 15 calendar days after receiving the purchase;
2. The invoice must be sent with the order/item to be exchanged or returned;
3. The original label must be attached to the piece;
4. The product must not show signs of use; free from odors, stains and cannot have been washed;
5. The first exchange/return is free of charge for the customer. Except for promotional products;
EXCHANGES
The customer must express their intention to exchange via email: Lombardia@lmb.pt, within 15 calendar days after receipt of the purchase. The subject field of the email must contain: Name + Order number. In the body of the email, state the reason why you want to make the exchange. In case of exchange due to defect, attach images indicating the defect to the email so that our team can analyze the item as soon as received. Remembering that signs of misuse (odors, stains and previously washed items) do not fall within our exchange policy. No costs for the customer on the first exchange. The product must be returned in the original packaging.
RETURNS
The customer must express a desire for a return via email: Lombardia@lmb.pt, within 15 calendar days after receipt of the purchase. The subject field of the email must contain: Name + Order number. In the body of the email, indicate the reason why you want to make the return. at no cost to the customer on the first return. The product must be intact, returned in the original packaging, with all gifts, printouts and invoice. Remembering that signs of misuse (odors, stains and previously washed items) do not fall within our return policy. Promotional products do not fall under our free return policy.
REFUND DEADLINE
As soon as our team receives the product, an analysis will be carried out to verify its integrity, to ensure that it meets the exchange or return requirements. If everything is ok, we will issue the refund. Due to LMB Lombardia bank transfer, the total period for completing the exchange or return can vary from 5 to 8 business days. For refunds via Mbway, the refund is made within 2 business days and the amount will be credited to the account of the purchaser only. For refunds via PayPal, the refund will be made within 2 business days and the amount will be credited to the account of the purchaser only.
